Heyyy there! I’m Christella, a small town rural photographer, based in North-west NSW.

Why trust me with your family?

I grew up in a big family and have over a dozen sweet nephews and nieces (including triplets). You could say I have ‘seen it all’ haha

So I have every ounce of patience and adoration for little people of all sizes and temperaments. The glow of tender, protective love seen in your eyes as parents, for your children – I love every bit of it. And I’m obsessed with capturing and freezing these moments as delicately as possible. I make it my job to help you feel relaxed, comfortable and your best.

After the shoot is over, I probably spend too much time processing every image.. because well, I am obsessive. My goal is to deliver photos that bring back all the emotions and memories. That capture the beauty of this season and stop you every time you pass them hanging on your walls.

What about weddings?

It’s the pretty details, the tender moments that give me all the feels. I am a classical girl at heart and that is reflected in my clean, light and true to life style of photography.

Capturing your once-in-a-lifetime day is a responsibility I take seriously. I have invested in the best photography education my money can buy me and I am always striving to fine-tune my skills.

Before launching my photography business, I seriously considered becoming a wedding dressmaker. I didn’t take that path, but I did sew a bridal gown for a gorgeous local bride. And that same attention to detail is my signature with photography.

Fun facts

I love tropical fruits, especially mangoes and lychees!

I enjoy playing the piano, but I like singing even more.

I have more nephews and nieces than fingers.

Heat doesn't bother me -- I was born on a 40 degree celsius day.

I’m a morning person who hates staying up late, but does it anyway.

I'm a connoisseur of fine water.
